Getting Started
Not at all. Every class is coached and every programme is built around your current fitness level. We have members who started with zero fitness base and members who were already competing athletes. Both are welcome, and both are coached to their own standard.
Classes & Training
Functional fitness trains your body for real-world movement — pushing, pulling, carrying, hinging, rotating. Unlike traditional bodybuilding which isolates muscles, functional training builds strength and coordination across your whole body. It transfers directly into sport, outdoor activities, and everyday life. It's also far better for long-term joint health.
Tracking & Results
We measure body fat percentage, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), and Body Mass Index (BMI) at baseline and at regular milestones (typically 4, 8, and 12 weeks). This gives you objective data about your transformation, not just how you feel. It's one of the things that makes our coaching genuinely different — you always know exactly where you stand.
